In 2011 and only 22 years old, Jesús Navarro inaugurated El Retiro Taberna, becoming one of the youngest and most promising hoteliers in Granada. One of the best allies of an entrepreneur is passion, “perseverance” and knowing how to surround yourself with professionals with whom to share the illusion of things made with heart. In his case, it is about his parents, Domingo Navarro and Encarnación Ogea, with more than 50 years dealing directly with the client and taking care of the detail.

The Navarro Ogea family has not chosen the path of simple cuisine, but the one of homemade and traditional flavor. For this reason, a large part of the dishes are made in the coal oven, such as vegetables or braised meats, typical of El Retiro Taberna.
